Okay, so since the beginning of lockdown I have been playing around with my morning and night routines. It took me about 2 months to find what worked for me. I looked at different times at waking up, going to sleep until I was happy that I could fit in everything and still get enough sleep and wake up at a decent time.
So… This is my night routine.
My night routine was made in a way that would be relaxing and calming which really helped during exam season. Night is relaxing, morning is productive.
7:00pm Clean 15
7:30pm Wash my face/brush my teeth
7:45pm Write for my blog/Instagram post
I usually try and find space in the evening to plan as well, usually around when I’m doing Instagram posts and writing blog posts. I try and keep my evening as relaxing and slow as possible to just unwind.
